Idlib, in northern Syria, one of the largest humanitarian tragedies in this era. More than 2 million people face immense challenges, including mass displacement, deprivation of basic services, dire poverty, continuous airstrikes, ongoing military attacks, destroyed Infrastructure and vital institutions such as schools and hospitals, which all exacerbating the humanitarian crisis. Children endure harsh conditions, lacking access to healthcare and education, while adults suffer from limited job opportunities and economic resources. Refugee camps are filled with suffering and despair, epitomizing the severe plight of displaced individuals desperately seeking any glimpse of hope amidst their shattered lives.
Since 2014, Hayat Yolu Association has been extending a helping hand to Syrian refugees and displaced individuals, continuing its humanitarian mission by collecting donations. Through these donations, the following initiatives will be implemented:
- Establishment of healthcare clinics
- Traditional and remote education projects
- Income-generating projects
- Environmental organization, waste collection, and recycling
- Household electrification projects
- Housing renovation projects
- Water network renovation and purification projects
- Electricity network renewal and organization
- Food distribution
- Teacher support programs
- Quranic education and memorization programs.
